This website is operated by MOVELANDTEX CO., LTD together with its affiliates SUZHOU FUFANG IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD and SUZHOU IMPROVED TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD (collectively, "Moveland", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), MOVELANDTEX CO., LTD is the data controller of personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide voluntarily
When you submit an inquiry form, request a sample, or contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we collect the fields you fill in: full name, company name, country/region, email address, phone number, WhatsApp/WeChat ID, fabric type, quantity, size & requirement, and the detailed demand or message you choose to provide.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our web servers automatically record standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Where analytics cookies are enabled, aggregated usage statistics are collected as described in our Cookie Policy.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, biometric, political or religious data), and this website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal information only where a lawful basis applies:
- Responding to inquiries and preparing quotations — steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Performing supply contracts, including production records, shipping documentation and after-sales communication — contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Compliance with Chinese export, customs, tax and accounting regulations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Improving the website and securing our systems (aggregated analytics, server logs, fraud prevention) — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Sharing and recipients
Personal information is shared only with:
- Internal Moveland staff in sales, merchandising and logistics who handle your inquiry or order, on a need-to-know basis.
- Trusted service providers — website hosting, email hosting and communication tools — bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
- Logistics and inspection partners (freight forwarders, testing institutes such as SGS) where necessary to fulfil your order.
- Public authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law or lawful request.
5. International data transfers
We are located in the People's Republic of China. If you contact us from the EU, UK or another jurisdiction, your information will be transferred to and processed in China. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) for such transfers. By submitting an inquiry to a Chinese export supplier, you acknowledge this transfer is necessary to respond to your request.
6. Retention
Inquiry submissions are retained while your commercial relationship with Moveland remains active, plus the retention periods required by Chinese export, customs and accounting regulations (typically up to 10 years for trade documentation). Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention duties.
